1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SoftifyBase Security Scanner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
SoftifyBase Security Scanner is a security testing tool designed to identify vulnerabilities in Supabase database configurations. The Service performs automated penetration testing including but not limited to:
- Row Level Security (RLS) policy testing
- Authentication and authorization bypass attempts
- SQL injection vulnerability detection
- API endpoint security assessment
- Data exposure and leakage detection
3. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY
YOU MAY ONLY USE SUPARALPH TO TEST SYSTEMS THAT YOU OWN OR HAVE EXPLICIT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION TO TEST.
By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of the Supabase project being tested, OR
- You have obtained explicit written permission from the owner to perform security testing
- You have the legal authority to conduct such testing in your jurisdiction
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Unauthorized access to computer systems is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. We reserve the right to report suspected unauthorized use to law enforcement authorities.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful security testing purposes
- Not use the Service to cause harm, disruption, or damage to any system
- Not use the Service to access, steal, or expose data belonging to others
- Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials used with the Service
- Report any vulnerabilities discovered responsibly
5. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use SoftifyBase Security Scanner to:
- Test any system without proper authorization
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Exfiltrate, copy, or store data from systems you do not own
- Circumvent security measures for malicious purposes
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of the Service
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of security testing results
We do not warrant that the Service will identify all vulnerabilities or that security testing results are comprehensive or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPARALPH, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoftifyBase Security Scanner, its creators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any unauthorized security testing conducted using the Service
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoftifyBase Security Scanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The source code is available under the terms specified in the project repository.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
